This return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date and time of delivery, as confirmed by the courier tracking system. After this period, we are unable to process any return or refund requests.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Unused Condition: The product must be completely unused, showing no signs of wear, installation, or tampering.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including any protective seals, tags, and labels.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a size change or dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If we arrange a pickup, courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
  • Hygiene Products and Hazardous Materials: Including flammable liquids or gases, intimate items, and sanitary products.
  • Low-Value Items: Products under ₹300.
  • Digital and Consumable Goods: Including downloadable software, health-related items, and some personal care products.
  • Specific Categories: Items like clutch levers, electronic products, and spare parts cannot be returned due to compatibility and use concerns.

Conditions for No Return or Exchange

  • Used Products: Items showing signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Opened Packaging: Products that are unsealed or have opened packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Special Sales Events

  • Sales Restrictions: During special sales events, no returns or refunds will be offered. Replacements will only be available for defective or damaged items.

No Returns or Refunds for Correct Orders

If the product received matches the order specifications and image, no return or refund will be provided.

Product Compatibility

  • Model-Specific Compatibility: Items listed for specific models (e.g., Yamaha R15) are designed exclusively for those models. Using them with unlisted models is at the customer’s risk and voids the return or refund eligibility.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before making a purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Return Costs and Refusals

  • Return Shipping: If a customer refuses delivery or returns an item, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • High-Value Items: For high-value items, the return must include tracking and insurance. Lost or damaged items returned without these safeguards are not eligible for a refund.

Additional Non-Returnable Situations

Items will not be accepted for return if:

  • They show signs of use or are missing parts (unless due to our error).
  • They are media or software products like opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or records.
  • They are returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Warranty Claims

For warranty-related issues, please contact the product manufacturer directly. Royal Piston does not handle warranty claims post-purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 2-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

Jurisdiction

All disputes related to this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India. Legal actions must be filed in Gujarat.
